seater, in a
pusher engine configuration. Constructed of aluminum tube and
dacron sail cloth.
The controls system is a single over head stick and dual rudder pedals.
It has spoilerons on the wings which are not that effective.
The Rally 3 has a very large single single surface wing, is wire braced,
and is a tail dragger.
With the tail wheel being steerable via the rudder pedals.
The Rally series was one of the lower end budget aircraft of the time.
Rope was used on the control system, plastic fittings, hardware store
bolts. Many of these were sold and are still flying today. While parts are
more difficult to find, sails are available at the Ultralight Store.
Original Manufacturer Rotec Engineering Texas.
