Challenger ultralight doors

Stabilizer Fin Mod Hardware Kit

(For Challengers flying with doors installed)

 If you check the accident data on Ultralight News you will find quite a few Challengers involved in accidents when flying with DOORS installed. 

Pilot after pilot reports the fact that the plane's flight characteristics change completely - that you have to be on the controls all the time and that rudder control is less effective.

This kit helps eliminate some of the adverse yaw problem associated with flying a Challenger with doors installed.

  • 4-AN3-14A Bolts
  • 4-Locknuts
  • 4-Nylon Saddles
  • 8-Oversize AN970 washers
