Destiny
Powered Parachutes is one of the new kids on the block in the ppc
market. Destiny offers factory assembled quality, a one year airframe
warranty, and financing. All Destiny powerchutes come full
assembled and test flown, at no additional cost to the cus tomer.
Other unique features include an adjustable aft pilot seat which
allows the pilot to make leg room comfort adjustments and to change the
aircraft c of g.. The list of standard features on the craft is also
impressive these include a digital engine information system, dual
bucket seats with individual point harness systems, oversized
chute storage bag, large 22 inch tundra tires, spun aluminum wheels,
position verification strobe light, American made Flight Concepts 520
chute, and ten gallon fuel tank.
John .... factory president, has an extensive
history in auto racing vehicle construction, both in Sprint cars and
Nascar Winston Cup. He has applied this knowledge to the Destiny line of
ppc's. All control systems are located outside of the pilot enclosure -
this stops them from impaling or injuring the pilot in case of an
accident. 
The seat design uses separate 5 point harnesses
and seat belts for each pilot, for added safety. Large Tundra tires
along with a the Destiny suspension system ensure the absorption of
landing loads.
