SERVICE
LETTER #43
DATE:
November 28, 1994
SUBJECT:
Series 5 Speedster Rudder
APPLICABILITY:
All Series 5 Speedsters
COMPLIANCE:
As required
FROM:
SkyStar Aircraft Engineering Department
Due
to a conflict in the control system between the rudder intercostals and
the elevator, the rudder travel on all Series 5 Speedsters must be limited
to 25° in each direction and not 30°, as given in the assembly
instructions.
If
you have already set the travel to 30°, please contact our Customer
Service Department at 208-466-1711 to retrofit your aircraft in accordance
with the current limitations.
