Airframe/Engine. It was built in 1992. Engine topped recently, has 15-20 hrs since.
It has Stitts cover and has always been hangared.
It can be flown experimental or U/L, your choice. It is
currently not
registered, however it was at one time and de-commissioned.
According to prev. owner it is a blast to fly, very responsive, lots
of power, fantastic roll rate and takeoff/landing performance.
It has all the controls in the right places - stick, rudders,
throttle,
etc. and a good functional instrument panel - airspeed, altimeter,
VSI,
tach, EGT, CHT, bank indicator. It lifts off in about 150 ft. and is
easy
to land.
It's fast for it's type of plane - cruise about 70 mph.
