The CH 601 is an all metal aircraft. It can be built either as a
tail dragger in trigear.

Seating is side by side , with
standard "Y" stick and rudder controls.
Construction times reported by the factory are 400 hours which has proven
to be a little optimistic. Currently over 100 aircraft are reported to be flying world
wide.

If your looking for a comfortable cross country cruiser this is it. The 44 inch wide
bubble canopy and low wing design give excellent visibility.
Cabin noise is low. Cruise on
the with the 912 is just over 100 m.p.h. stall, is a bit optimistic at 45, climb rates at
gross in the 1000 feet per minute range.
This baby really shows her stuff on pavement, but
is a little sluggish on grass, especially when its wet. Look for a good 1000 foot strip to
land, as it comes in hot and floats.
