A T.U.F. VIEW
The Drifter series of aircraft were first introduced in early 1984 and were one of the most durable aircraft designs of its time.

So much so that Leza Air Cam has reintroduced the design. The wire braced craft has the front pilot sitting out in front of the wing on a tube surrounded by a small pilot pod and windscreen.

When powered by the 582 Rotax engine the craft will climb out at 900 feet a minute cruise a 70 m.p.h. and stall in the 38/40 m.p.h. range. Great little aeroplane for sight seeing or photography, a little too open for most winter conditions in Canada.
